QuickPrice Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using QuickPrice (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

QuickPrice is an on-device product and billing manager that lets merchants manage catalogs, tag items, calculate bill amounts, protect access with an App lock, and import/export data. The App is designed to keep your operational data on your device.

3. Licence to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App to manage your own business operations in accordance with these Terms.

3.2 Licence Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices
• Use the App to provide services to third parties or resell the App
• Distribute, sell, or transfer the App to others

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of all product and price information you enter. Always verify calculated totals before issuing bills or receipts.

4.2 Compliance

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including invoicing requirements and restrictions on the goods or services you manage.

4.3 Security

Keep your device secure and protect any App lock credentials. Handle exported files carefully to prevent unauthorized access.

5. Privacy & Data

Camera and photo library access are requested only when you choose to capture or attach images to your records. We do not collect or transmit these images.

6. Billing Calculations

Calculation results are provided for your convenience. You are responsible for confirming totals and compliance with your own business policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free calculations, or compatibility with every device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss or calculation errors.

9. Data Backup

All data remains on your device. You are responsible for backing up your catalog and billing data. Use the export feature regularly to avoid loss.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms as features evolve. Updated versions are published in the App or on the official website. Continued use means you accept the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
