QuickPrice (“the App”) helps merchants manage products, track bills, and calculate totals quickly. We respect your privacy and design the App to work on-device without collecting personal data.

2. Information Collection

2.1 Information We Do Not Collect

• Personal identification information (name, phone, email, ID numbers)
• Customer payment card or banking details
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Location information
• Network activity data or analytics
• Usage statistics tied to you

2.2 Data Stored Locally

The App only stores on your device:

• Product information you enter
• Bill and transaction records, including calculated results and line items
• Tags and grouping configurations for organising products or bills
• Data you import and files you export through the App
• App lock settings
• App preference settings

3. Data Usage

All information you enter is only used for:

• Managing products, prices, and tags
• Calculating bill totals on-device
• Attaching photos to products or bills when you choose
• Importing or exporting your catalog and bill data
• Protecting access to the App through the App lock feature

Important: all processing happens locally on your device. The App does not upload your catalog or billing data to any server.

4. Data Storage & Security

4.1 Local Storage

• All data stays on your device
• No cloud sync or remote backup is performed by the App
• Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data

4.2 Data Export

• You can export catalog or bill data whenever you need
• Exported files remain fully under your control
• We have no access to any exported or imported files

5. Permissions

5.1 Camera Permission

Used only when you choose to take product or receipt photos to attach to your records.

5.2 Photo Library Permission

Used only when you select existing images from your gallery to attach to products or bills.

5.3 Permissions Not Needed

• Location services
• Contacts
• Microphone
• Bluetooth
• Advertising identifiers
• Network access for analytics or uploads

6. Third‑Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs or services, including analytics, advertising, crash reporting, cloud storage, social logins, or payment SDKs.

7. Children’s Privacy

QuickPrice is built for merchants and small business owners. Because we do not collect personal data, the App does not create additional privacy risks for children.

8. Data Deletion

You control your data and can:

• Delete individual products, bills, or tags
• Clear all catalog and billing data inside the App
• Uninstall the App to remove locally stored information

Any exported files remain wherever you save them and should be deleted manually if you no longer need them.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy as QuickPrice evolves. Updates appear in the App or on the official site; significant changes may be highlighted in-app. Continuing to use QuickPrice means you accept the latest policy.
