Haven Note Diary App (“the App”) provides a completely offline journaling experience. We understand how important privacy is, so this policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

Important: all processing happens locally on your device and nothing is transmitted to any server.

• All information stays on your device
• No cloud sync is ever performed
• Deleting the App removes all stored data

4.2 Data Export

• You can export your diary at any time
• Exported files remain fully under your control
• We have no access to any export

5. Permissions

5.1 Required Permissions

• Storage permission: used to save and read diary data

5.2 Optional Permissions

• Camera permission: capture photos for entries
• Photo library permission: add images from your gallery
• Microphone/recording permission: capture voice notes while journaling. Audio stays on your device, and the mic is accessed only after you actively start recording.

5.3 Permissions Not Needed

• Network access
• Location services
• Contacts
• SMS

6. Third‑Party Services

The App runs completely offline and does not integrate any third parties, including:

• Analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Advertising networks
• Crash reporting
• Cloud storage
• Social media integrations
• Payment SDKs

This ensures your data is never accessed or processed by anyone else.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is safe for all ages. Because no personal information is collected, there is no children’s privacy risk.

8. Data Deletion

You control your data and can:

• Delete individual entries
• Clear all journal data inside the App
• Uninstall the App to remove everything stored locally

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy as features evolve. Updates appear in the App and on the official site; major changes are highlighted via in-app notices. Continuing to use Haven Note means you accept the latest policy.
