Haven Link Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Haven Link (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, uninstall and stop using the App immediately.

2. App Description

Haven Link is a fully offline relationship and event manager that records contact profiles, relationship tags, interactions, gifts, and ledger information. All data remains on your device, and the App does not require accounts or network access.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3.2 License Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App

• Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices within the App

4. User Content & Responsibility

4.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of the relationship, event, gift, and ledger data created or imported through the App. We claim no rights to your content.

4.2 Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights. You bear liability for any disputes arising from your content.

5. Privacy & Data

The App operates entirely offline and never sends your data to the developer or third parties. For detailed handling information, review the Haven Link Privacy Policy. Permissions are used solely for local capture and export features.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You understand and accept that you use the App at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, lost profits, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.

8. Data Backup

Because all data resides on your device, you are responsible for backing it up. We recommend exporting data regularly to avoid loss caused by device failure or accidental deletion.

9. Permissions & Safe Use

The App only requests permissions when the related feature is triggered. Do not import other people’s data without consent. If you discover security issues or misuse of permissions, stop using the App and contact us immediately.

10. Service Changes & Updates

We may update the App or these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Updates will be provided within the App or on the website. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access.
