Haven Link (“the App”) is developed by Offline Tools Expert to help you manage relationship profiles, important dates, events, gifts, and ledger records entirely offline. This privacy policy explains how your data is stored, processed, and protected locally. The App does not connect to the internet or transmit data to any server.

2. Information Collection

2.1 Information We Do Not Collect

• Personally identifiable information (name, phone, email, etc.) unless you enter it manually
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Location data, network activity, or usage analytics
• Cloud credentials or third-party account data

2.2 Data Stored Locally

Everything you create or import stays on your device, including:

• Relationship profiles: names, contact details, tags, notes, relationship groups
• Event timelines: gatherings, anniversaries, interaction logs, reminder settings
• Gift and ledger records: exchanged items, amounts, settlement status
• Attachments and media: photos, voice notes, or documents you add
• Offline analytics caches and app preference settings

3. Data Usage

All processing happens locally and is only used for:

• Displaying and managing your relationship profiles and event history
• Generating birthday, anniversary, and gathering reminders
• Organising gift exchanges, ledger entries, and settlement status
• Building offline charts that help you understand your network structure
• Supporting exports, tag management, and passcode protection

The App never sends your data to the developer or any third party.

4. Data Storage & Security

4.1 Local Storage

• All information is saved inside the App’s local database and sandbox
• System-level sandboxing and encryption prevent other apps from accessing your data
• Cloud sync is disabled, so nothing is uploaded to remote servers
• Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data

4.2 Data Export

• You can create backups or export contact lists from within the App
• Exported files remain under your control and are never uploaded automatically
• Store exported files securely to prevent anyone else accessing your network data

5. Permission Usage

The App only requests permissions when related features are used, strictly for the purposes below:

• Camera Permission: Capture contact avatars or event photos; images stay on your device.
• Contacts Permission: Read existing contacts to speed up profile creation or updates; the App never modifies or uploads your address book.
• Photo Library Permission: Select photos or documents to attach to contacts, events, or gift records, and save exported cards or charts; all files remain on the device.

The App does not request network, location, SMS, Bluetooth, or any other permissions unrelated to relationship management.

6. Third-Party Services

Haven Link does not integrate third-party SDKs, analytics, or advertising services, nor does it send error logs or usage data to external services.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages. Because no server-side data collection occurs, there are no child privacy risks.

8. Data Deletion

You can manage or delete data at any time by:

• Removing individual contacts, events, or gift records inside the App
• Clearing all local data from the settings area
• Uninstalling the App to erase all stored information

9. Policy Updates

We may update this privacy policy to reflect feature changes or legal requirements. Updates will be announced in the App or on the official website. Significant changes will be highlighted via in-app notices. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated policy.
